Nick Lodato, CSAT-C
Currently completing his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University, Nick is a Clinical Associate at Triune Therapy, and also serves at a counselor at other local agencies. He supports individuals with a range of cognitive, social, behavioral, and emotional challenges, depression and anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief work, substance abuse and dependence, and sexuality and relationship issues. He also holds a certificate in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Prior to working at Triune, Nick worked in multiple residential substance abuse treatment centers, including Authentic Recovery Center and Refuge Recovery. It was there that he honed his skills in moderating group sessions and connecting with clients from all walks of life.
Nick places an emphasis on mindfulness, having participated in several silent meditation retreats focused in the Vipassana tradition. He strives to cultivate a safe space for clients while helping to promote a strong sense of self in the individual with a goal-oriented approach. His warm, people-first philosophy emphasizes building connections and fostering trust in the therapeutic process.
