Anger Management

Anger is a necessary, although complicated and sometimes confusing emotion at times. It can be hard for people to admit that their anger is not within their control and even harder to ask for help establishing healthy ways to express the rage they feel. Anger Management is a 12-week series in which men or women will learn to identify the various ways in which anger has become unmanageable in their life, and develop tangible skills to more effectively regulate the thoughts, feelings, and physical arousal involved in angry behavior. Anger management is not about avoiding certain places, people, and things that trigger anger, but rather it is about choosing to grow, learning to better communicate and express anger, developing accountability, stepping out the victim role, and improving both relationships and the ability to get your needs met.
