Individual Therapy sessions consist of you and your therapist outlining specific goals and interventions, designed to meet your unique needs. Sessions are generally 50 minutes in length, and the frequency and number of sessions recommended ranges depending on the severity of your symptoms and nature of your goals.
In Couples’ sessions, the goal is to help you and your partner re-align where ruptures have occurred in the relationship. Often couples get out of sync with each other and can benefit from having a safe space in which to work through their struggles. Common reasons couples seek therapy include, recovering from infidelity, differences in sexual desire and preferences, varied parenting styles, finances, and patterns of ineffective communication.
